The position of **Sous Chef** is available at a village restaurant which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality, fine dining. The restaurant has a modern, British menu which is all made in house. In this role of Sous Chefyou will be working to a high standard, using fresh seasonal produce, preparing fine dining dishes with a renowned chef, (3 star Michelin). You will support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen including training of junior members of staff. The rolecomes with excellent in house training. This position will look fantastic on your CV.
