We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, driven Warehouse Trainer & Coordinator with great communications skills to support our Shift Managers in recruiting, inducting, and training new starters to the operation.

Areera is a cutting-edge TV recycling facility located just off junction 24 of the M62 near Huddersfield between Elland and Brighouse, we're growing rapidly and can offer you the opportunity to learn new skills in a unique industry, the chance to progress your career, as well as a salary of up to £27,000 dependent on experience.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

**More about the role**
- Promoting a Health & Safety culture through all training and communications.
- Sharing best practice throughout the training process to achieve a consistent approach.
- Supporting site inductions of all permanent and agency staff
- Conducting work trials and interviews
- Providing a consistently high-level training on processes and procedures (training will be provided on our processes and systems).
- Continuously looking for ways to ensure that training is delivered in an engaging, interactive, and accessible manner for all employees within the warehouse operation.
- Ensuring that that all training is completed and recorded in line with company policy, keeping training files updated in line with legislation.
- Reporting on time and attendance of new starters.
- Working with Shift Managers to ensure staff numbers are maintained, recruiting additional new starters when required direct or through agencies
- Ensuring the on-going competence of all colleagues, working with the senior team to identify areas where re-training or further training would be beneficial.
- Participating as an active member of the wider team to improve productivity and efficiencies and deliver enhanced training.
- Compiling all data and information required by the management team including KPI’s, attendance and time keeping records.

**About You**
- Proven operational warehouse experience and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems.
- Experience in delivering classroom training to large groups and knowledge of learning cycle.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be a team player also able to self-motivate and use own initiative.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns to cover for training.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems.
