- Monitor oil levels and temperatures to ensure food quality and safety
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to consistently produce high-quality fried foods
- Clean and sanitize fryers, utensils, and work area to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
- Assist with other meal preparation tasks as needed

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
