Aftercare Executive

We are prestige car dealership based in Hindley, Wigan who are selling 130+ cars a month.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent customer service skills and is highly organised. This is a busy roll and does involve juggling more than one task at a time.

The roll consists of taking customer calls regarding issues with the vehicle after purchase and ensuring the customer receives the best customer care possible. Due to the nature of the roll the successful person will need to be able to handle difficult situations and think on their feet. A keen eye for detail is paramount for this roll along with a good listening ear.

We are a vibrant well established team looking for someone with the right skills and personality to join are team.

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
