I am working with a Public Sector Organisation based in South Gloucestershire who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor for 3 Months initially
The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying £16.95 Umbrella per hour. The role is in scope of IR35.
JOB PURPOSE
To provide assistance within a key service including in the supervision of a team of staff where relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, advice and guidance ensuring that it is accurate and given on time and adhering to regulations/codes of practices/policies/procedures.
- Source, monitor and share specialist information ensuring that customers receive detailed, accurate reports and/or data and contribute to specific projects and service initiatives and where appropriate ensure effective implementation in the work area
- Research and analyse information in your area of service ensuring that data is presented clearly and comprehensively.
- Monitor and evaluate performance levels within the team so that performance and service improvements are identified and expected levels of supplier performance are identified.
- Establish good working relationships with customers (employees, departments, partner organisations, key stakeholders) at all levels which is timely, useful, informative and efficient.
- Communicate changes and developments in policy, working practices and procedures and ensuring that procedures and systems are updated appropriately.
- Deal with customers appropriately and effectively ensuring that they receive a good level of service. Ensure that any queries that are escalated are resolved and that outcomes are used to improve the service. Ownership is taken for responding to and/or resolvingqueries, complaints and requests.
- Provide an effective administration service ensuring that documents are prepared and issued and where appropriate returns are received and analysed
- Accurately and efficiently record, monitor and maintain budgets/financial information/resources ensuring that accounts are reconciled and variances are reported.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- You will have experience of working in a relevant specialist environment and ideally be working towards a professional or technical qualification or already be part qualified
- You will have experience of using policies, procedures, processes, legislation and codes of practice in a similar service area.
- You will have good literacy skills including written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- You will have effective numeracy and IT skills.
- You will have good team working and relationship building skills.
- You will be able to undertake effective research and analysis diagnosing problems and issues, presenting findings by writing clear, accurate and concise documents
