Nous sommes à la recherche d’un analyste pour l’équipe Placements immobiliers, Europe au sein du groupe Placements en actifs réels, pendant une période palpitante de changements transformateurs et de croissance. En matière de placements immobiliers, l’approche d’Investissements RPC consiste à exploiter des possibilités de placement extensibles et de grande envergure en coentreprise avec des partenaires de grande qualité ainsi que des possibilités de placement dans des sociétés ouvertes et fermées pour la « plateforme ». Investissements RPC évolue rapidement et l’ampleur ainsi que la complexité de notre méthode de placement augmentent constamment. À l’heure actuelle, le portefeuille mondial de placements immobiliers atteint 46 milliards de dollars en actions.
Le groupe Placements immobiliers Europe investit dans des projets immobiliers couvrant tout l’éventail des risques, tout en mettant un accent particulier sur les transactions complexes de grande envergure. Nous réalisons principalement des placements immobiliers directs avec des partenaires d’exploitation dont nous partageons la vision. Nous investissons également dans des plateformes de placements immobiliers privées et publiques, ainsi que dans des FPI publiques. Compte tenu de notre mandat de production d’alpha, les plans d’affaires générateurs de valeur comportant d’importantes dépenses en immobilisations et des activités d’aménagements entièrement nouveaux sont une caractéristique de placement courante de nos opérations. Nous gérons activement notre portefeuille, évalué à 15 milliards de dollars en valeur brute de l’actif, situé au Royaume-Uni et en Europe continentale, et nous recyclons constamment le capital au moyen de transactions de cession et d’acquisition au sein de nos partenariats de coentreprise et de nos sociétés en portefeuille. Nous sommes actifs dans l’ensemble du secteur immobilier, notamment dans le commerce de détail, les bureaux, les immeubles industriels et résidentiels, les logements pour étudiants, les sciences de la vie, les centres de données et l’hébergement.
Établi à Londres, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la production d’alpha dans l’ensemble de notre programme de placement immobilier européen et : i) vous travaillerez avec les équipes chargées des transactions afin d’effectuer des acquisitions et des cessions dans un portefeuille important et croissant d’intérêts dans des actions immobilières; et ii) vous participerez activement à la mise en œuvre d’activités de gestion d’actifs et de gestion de portefeuille pour générer de l’alpha.
