**Finance and Operations Director (Manufacturing / Wholesale)**
£80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

Are you a Finance / Operations Director from a Manufacturing / Wholesale background or similar, looking to be recognised as a senior manager within a well-established business, where you will play an integral role, with autonomy to make your mark and a competitivepackage to top it off?
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Financial and Operational running of the business, which includes implementing KPIs and performance monitoring of colleagues. ACCA or ACA qualified. You will head up the Finance department,developing and controlling budgets for the business, whilst having the final say on all financial decisions.
The company are a market leader within the ethnic food Wholesale industry, supplying into a variety of markets including restaurants, hotels, and catering. Off the back of recent success, the company are in a period of growth. Coupled with great employee retention,this is the perfect time to get on board and play an integral role in the future of highly renowned business.
This role would suit a senior manager who has a background in Wholesale / Manufacturing or similar, who is looking to head up Finance and Operations, whilst working for a market leader, playing a key role in their future.
**The Role**:

- Oversee the Financial and Operational running of the business
- KPI implementation and performance management
- Monday to Friday position

- Manufacturing / Food / Wholesale background or similar
- ACCA / ACA qualified
