Easy Truck are the Official Midlands Distributor for **Toyota** **Material Handling Equipment** and we provide everything you need when it comes to Forklifts. Due to company growth, we are now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to the Directors and Management Team.

We’re a friendly and professional bunch who are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. Working as an Executive Assistant at Easy Truck, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, with a friendly and collaborative culture.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- You have a high degree of discretion and confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Day to day management of the office
- Create and prepare meeting agendas and follow-up actions.
- Involvement in sales administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and note taking.
- Manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as needed.
- Manage and organise documents, contracts, and customer records.
- Respond to queries and requests from customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting with the onboarding of new employees
- Helping to oversee the delivery of equipment from booking deliveries to ensuring invoices are raised
- Producing quarterly customer reports
- Providing support to the service department when required
- Acting as first point of contact for any equipment hire enquiries
- Responsible for Health & Safety provisions and up-to-date training

**Benefits and Rewards**
- Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
- 22 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 3 years’ service.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
