Main Purpose of Role: The Business Partner will work with the Business Partnering & Financial Planning Manager in delivering a high quality, professional and comprehensive business partnering service to key stakeholders across the organisation.

The business partnering service will include all aspects of financial performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial business planning and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To assist the Business Partnering & Financial Planning Manager with producing monthly management accounts to the business which are accurate, timely and meaningful.

2. To assist with the annual budget setting process, challenging all the business assumptions and to help ensure that the budget is aligned to the strategic plans and corporate priorities.

3. Provide timely, accurate financial and management information to the business

4. Attend regular meetings with budget holders and managers to clarify income and expenditure transactions.

5. Work with the Business Partnering & Financial Planning Manager to create and develop financial and non-financial tools to interpret, analyse and explain business performance across the organisation.

6. Support the provision of information to the organisation’s external and internal auditors as required.

7. Manage own workload and that of assigned staff to ensure that key targets are met and that effective and efficient service is provided.

8. Manage a team that strive to provide an excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that clear objectives are discussed and agreed.
