Baker

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an in store baker. As an in store baker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food production and preparation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bake morning goods ie. croissaints, pasties and sausage rolls etc.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience of working in an in store bakery preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work, weekends, and holidays as needed
