Southside Care Home, Inverness, is looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and reliable person to carry out general maintenance and undertake upkeep and repair tasks to the interior and exterior of the care home. A skilled maintenance person, you will most importantly be an integral member of the care team, operating in an environment, that ensures everything is carried out with the best interests of our residents at heart.
Knowledge of fire safety, health and safety and risk assessing is required.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Painting and decorating
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor joinery works
Gardening
Fire safety checks and audits
Health and safety checks and audits
Moving and handling of furniture
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.05 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
