**About Our Client**

Our client is a growing business operating in Healthcare sector. They are professional, agile and growing rapidly with the support of reputable Investors. Finance team needs to be continually developed due to their expansion plans and reporting obligations.

**The applicant should have the following key attributes**:

- Experience of Xero

Proven practical Accounting/Finance experience of at least 3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

confidence to represent the finance department at key meetings

**Knowledge / Technical Skills**
- Experience in:

- Essential experience in Xero

Accurate and Articulate
- Strong analytical skills - ability to sort and assess large quantities of data and report salient facts and findings in a sensible and concise manner
- Attention to detail and organised
- Experience of successfully working to tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel ,Outlook, PowerPoint - competency required.
- Good understanding of Expenses, invoicing, Payments, payroll support and assisting with month end/quarterly reporting packs

- Excellent communication skills - pleasant and professional manner - well spoken - clear, intelligible; good standard of written communication - grammar and spelling.
- Organisation & Motivation - able to work in a methodical, structured manner, prioritising tasks and coping with peaks and troughs calmly and responsibly to strict deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

- work effectively within the designated team and wider head office support teams, as well as independently; keeping others informed duly taking into account any pertaining sensitivity / confidentiality. Being able to explain financial results to non-financial stakeholders

- Commitment & Time-Keeping - able to demonstrate full attendance and punctuality within the designated hours of the role.

- In addition, the post holder may be asked to carry out other reasonable duties, appropriate to their experience, qualifications and level.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Radlett: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
