Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Cafe Assistant. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe and providing excellent customer service to our patrons. This is a paid position, and we offer opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef
- Help with serving customers, taking orders, and handling cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe, including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist in restocking inventory and monitoring supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
