We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Coach to join our committed and supportive Inclusion Team. We believe that maintaining a culture of positive behaviour and student engagement across the school is a key to promoting and improving achievement for all students, and our Inclusion Team play a central role in achieving this.

This is an exciting opportunity to support hard-to-reach students, helping them to address, and overcome, barriers to their learning and engagement. The role will involve supporting these students to self-reflect, and to develop the skills and techniques needed to regulate their behaviour responses, re-engage with learning and school.
- Have a background of working with children (aged 11-18) preferably in either an educational or alternative provider setting as well as working with parents/carers and external agencies.
- Have a high level of personal integrity with the ability to build effective trusting relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong administrative, organisational and ICT skills along with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week x 39 weeks per annum

Actual Salary Range: £27,030 - £29,180 p.a. inc dependent on experience (Scale 5)

Edmonton County School is a co-educational, non-denominational, community all-through school in Enfield, Middlesex. The school is split across two campuses, with the primary phase located on Bury Street and the secondary facilities on Great Cambridge Road. There are about 1,687 children aged 4-18 on the school roll, 278 of whom attend the sixth form.
