Commercial Account Handler

Commercial Account Handler Adecco Northumberland are delighted to support our client in a search for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler.

We're looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, providing first class service to a wide range of commercial and personal insurance customers.

Due to the niche nature of the role, the successful applicant will already have prior knowledge and experience working within an insurance setting.

**Salary**:
Starting salary of £28k, depending on previous experience salary uplift can be discussed.

The role:

- You will handle a book of commercial customers and advise them on all aspects of their insurance needs.
- You will be responsible for servicing your clients and retaining business by carrying out a full range of duties from New Business to renewals and MTA's.
- This will be done in a timely and compliant manner.
- You will be skilled at building relationships and will always have the customers interests at the forefront of your mind in order to provide a personal service, whilst ensuring the correct cover for their needs.
- You will also offer support to the Agents in their large commercial cases and associated administration of them. This role will be challenging and varied.
- Previous Experience in account management and commercial insurance
- Professional, Hardworking with an attention to detail and a 'Can Do' attitude
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to company systems
- A minimum of 5 GCSE passes ( grade 4 or C above or equivalent ) which must include Maths and English.
