As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all patients coming into the clinic. Main duties include meeting and greeting patients, updating patient records, answering general queries, booking appointments over the phone, and dealing with both card and cash payments.

This is a part time, permanent position, working approx 20 hours Monday - Friday and there may be some requirement for Saturday shifts.

Required skills & experience:

- 6 months experience in a customer facing position
- Ability to work Monday - Friday and Saturday
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone

Responsibilities will include:

- Appointment management for a private chiropractic clinic
- Providing exceptional customer service in an open plan environment
- Providing new patients with the information they will need to feel confident at their first appointment
- Working with the rest of the team to ensure a calm and well-managed practice is maintained
- Taking payments for treatments
- Discussing care and treatment plans with patients under the guidance of a Chiropractor
