**The Role**
- Responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets and contribution to your region.
- Delivering high standards of operational, visual excellence.
- Lead, develop and execute sales excellence to drive revenue and increase KPI and broader commercial performance across all retail stores in the division.
- Using data and your business acumen to improve revenue, profit and other KPIs
- Sharing successes with peers and looking for opportunities to improve performance
- Setting accurate, stretching but achievable budgets and targets for stores within division
- Regularly reviewing and managing divisional P+L to drive revenue and cost management
- Partnering with key stakeholders to grow divisional performance
- Having strong, current knowledge of markets within your division
