**About The Role**:
An exciting opportunity to join our HR team at AMFRESH UK based in a brand new facility in Alconbury Weald.
Our HR Administrator is often the first point of contact for our teams and your ability to communicate well, be accurate and have great attention to detail are very important to us, this is a perfect position for a proven HR admin professional, a good all round administrator or as an entry level/first position in HR as full support and training is part of the way we work
Part of an HR team of 4 and a wider team of 400 working in an open office environment, the days are varied and opportunities to get involved are always available.
Core responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure all new starter details are correct and uploaded on to ADP
- Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Monitoring absence, ensuring absence review meetings are held and attending long term sickness case conference meetings as note taker as required.
- Collating KPIs for reporting purposes.
- Support payroll data preparation
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System
- Uploading new starters onto ADP HR system
- Manage the AMFRESH awards process from nomination through to presentation and display of photographs
- Be the Communications Champion, working with the team to ensure agreed monthly comms are displayed on screes/notice boards as appropriate
- Update and maintain Org charts for all departments
- Regular audit and cleanse of HR employee files and data
- Run weekly induction and ensure colleagues are collected and onboarded to their department
- Management of the lockers for Operations and the office
**About You**:
Do you have:
- Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- HR database skills (an advantage but not a must)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal talents
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation and planning skills
- People skills - approachability, an easy manner and the ability to inspire confidence, as well as trustworthiness and tactfulness.
- Communication skills - for dealing with staff and superiors and for producing clear written reports.
- Admin skills, for dealing with sometimes complex paperwork and maintaining reliable records.
- Diligence - for understanding rules and regulations, adapting to new ones, and ensuring that procedures are followed accurately.
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures (an advantage but not a must)
