Your responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include the following:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.

You will be rewarded the following as the Sales Negotiator:

- £20,000 - £28,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- £40,000 - £60,000 OTE

Required Skills for the Sales Negotiator:

- Proven track record as a Sales Negotiator within the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- A valid driver's license.
