Kitchen Staff

Due to an increase in trade we are currently seeking part - time and full time staff to join our team in our busy kitchen at Route 74 Truckstop based in Lesmahagow.

The following is required:
Basic food preparation and cooking skills required for salads, breakfasts, toasties, sandwiches, sweets etc.

Must have at least 1 years experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.

General Duties will include : Food service, Kitchen Hygiene, daily cleaning of kitchen and equipment.

Hours required : Flexible ( Must be willing to work weekends if required)

**Salary**: £10.70 per hour

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Catering: 1 year (required)
- Cooking: 1 year (required)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (required)
