The Medical Photography and Illustration department here at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS trust is a small hard-working unit. We provide clinical and non-clinical Photography, Graphics, Video and Reprographics services to all departments. Although we have a variety of jobs roles, skills, and work briefs within the team, we work together to provide an essential service to the trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive reprographic administrator to take on the printing and distribution of printed material to the hospital departments. You will be responsible for copying 3 million items a year and the further distribution of another 1.5 million, if you like being busy this is a role for you.
- To manage the reprographics section within Medical Photography and Illustration
- Supporting team members with printing issues through offering advice, and guidance as appropriate
- Ensure that ward stocks of paperwork (charts forms etc) are adequately maintained so that there is no delay in patient care or documentation
- Ensure a helpful and efficient service is provided to all Trust staff

**Qualifications**
- Maths and English, level 2 or equilivent.

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Knowledge of print and reprographic systems
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- The ability to work using own initiative and without supervision.

**Experience**
- 1-2 years previous reprographics/printing experience
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in working in a busy reception or office
