Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Factory Worker to join our team. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of Stair products while adhering to Health and safety and quality standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Manufacturing regulations
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Stair production and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording product quantities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications:

- Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot machinery
- Familiarity with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
