**Are you an experienced Assistant Principal looking for your next challenge? Or are you looking to step into your first senior leadership role?**

We are looking to appoint a resilient, dynamic and inspiring Assistant Principal who shares our ambition and strategic vision to continue to build upon the success of Lindfield Primary Academy.
- Provide support, supervision and direction in the day-to-day operational running of your designated academy
- As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contribute to leadership and development
- Lead on specific areas of responsibility and projects, to meet targets for improvement and success

Our on-site Forest School allows children to develop a connection with nature. The opportunity to explore builds children’s confidence, develops their self-esteem and enhances their emotional and social skills.

The academy is a well-resourced setting where high expectations, good teaching and dedicated staff mean each pupil, as an individual, is both supported and challenged, whatever their ability. It has a published admissions number of 90 and a total capacity of 630 pupils.
