Host/server

We are looking for an incredibly outgoing and unique personality to act as Host at our Red Door site in Chester. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for ensuring that all of our VIP's and bookings receive truly first class service. This role requires a cool head under pressure along with the ability to think fast and problem solve.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming guests to the venue
- Selling drinks packages and booth seating to guests as they enquire
- Providing and communicating accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
- Managing reservations
- Guiding customers to assigned dining areas
- Providing menus and announcing Waiter/Waitress’s name
- Following up on their customer experience upon departure
- Coordinating with other team members about available seating options
- Maintaining a clean reception area
- Catering to VIP guests who require extra attention
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customers’ queries

Schedule:

- Two six hour shifts, variable depending on the needs of the business

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

- Chester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
