***We are currently recruiting for a male client living in the Frodsham area who has Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD) which requires full support in all aspects of care needs. You will beresponsible for supporting with all aspects ofdaily life, including personal care, administering medication, domestic duties when needed.**

**Experience in supporting people with similar needs, an understanding of person centred practice would be wonderful but isn't crucial as full training and supervision is provided and ultimately it is more important that you possess the core values and personalitytraits that are necessary for the role. Kindness and compassion are key
You will need to be empathetic, a true team player, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in making decisions and using your initiative.**

**We are looking for a caring, conscientious individuals, who are happy to work 09.00- 20.00, Reliability and punctuality are important. You will be someone who is cheerful, respectful, patient and someone who wants to make a real difference, Ideally will bea driver.

We support all difference types of people with Motor Neurone Disease, Muscular dystrophy, Spinal Cord, acquiredbrain injuries and other complex needs that may include a physical disability, who would like support either on a 24-hour basis within their own homes or to access the community on daily basis dependent on their needs and wishes. We feel that there is nothingbetter than seeing people happy in their own homes as we give them the support they need to live happy and fulfilled lives.

We provide comprehensive training throughout the year with mandatory courses offered and supplementary courses available upon request. Our induction programme includes enrolment on to the Care Certificate designed to equip health and social care workerswith the skills they need to provide compassionate, person-centred care.

Working hours are on a shift pattern rota basis including some weekend working This is a great opportunity to develop your career in the care industry.

Previous experience is an advantage but is not essential as training is provided.

Applicants with a full driving license would be preferable.
