Experienced Waiter/waitress

Would you like to work in a fun, fast paced street food restaurant? Ox and Anchor are on the hunt for an additional front of house member to join our team. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and a great dining experience.

Salary dependent on experience.

Four and half day working week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Effective time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and terminology is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £16,500.00 per year
