An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join a Legal 100 firm in their Southampton office.
This well-respected Corporate Department provides commercial and practical advice on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and investments.
This firm’s size and geographical reach enables them to advise on the entire range of corporate projects for their international, PLC, and SME clients.
The successful Corporate Paralegal will have a minimum of 1 years' experience and will be working on the full spectrum of corporate work to include:

- Corporate and tax restructuring and simplifications
- Corporate governance
- Employee ownership trusts
- Equity capital markets
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity
- Shareholder arrangements
- Strategic corporate projects
- Supporting high-growth and technology businesses
- Venture and growth/development capital
