We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Portfolio Surveyor to be the strategic lead for all assets within our Commerical and Offices property portfolio delivering an effective and efficient property management service. Previous experience of working within an estates related role is required as well as a strong customer focussed approach.

At Bridgend County Borough Council, we’ve transformed the way we manage our property estate. We manage a diverse property portfolio, from schools to industrial estates from care homes to market stalls. We operate a Corporate Landlord approach - bringing together the management that leads our strategic property management, design and hard/soft Facilities Management teams.

We are seeking a surveyor who can exercise commercial judgement and financial acumen in the proactive management of the portfolio, including acquisitions, developments, management and disposals, to ensure maximum value for customers and the Council.
