**Keplin Group Limited,** a leading company in the eCommerce industry, is seeking **multiple** dedicated and motivated **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team at our **Stratford-upon-Avon **location. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the **efficient operation** of our warehouse, ensuring the **timely and accurate processing of goods**, **maintaining inventory records**, and **contributing to the overall success** of our supply chain operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Order Processing_: Receive, verify, and process incoming orders accurately, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and labeled correctly for shipment to customers.
- _Stock Management_: Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and assist in maintaining accurate stock records using appropriate warehouse management systems.
- _Goods Handling_: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse using appropriate equipment and following established procedures.
- _Quality Control_: Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company quality standards and report any issues or discrepancies.
- _Warehouse Organisation_: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment, ensuring that goods are stored in designated locations and that aisles are clear for safe movement.
- _Health and Safety_: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
- _Team Collaboration_: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other teams, providing support and assistance as required to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- _Documentation_: Complete relevant paperwork, such as delivery notes, stock records, and other administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- _Continuous Improvement_: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and overall operations.
- _Compliance_: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- _Previous Experience_: Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- _Physical Fitness_: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects, and standing for extended periods.
- _Attention to Detail_: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and manage stock levels and maintain high-quality standards.
- _Team Player_: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- _Time Management_: Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
