Are you an experienced Buyer from a technical background, looking to join an impressive market leading engineering company?
The role will be very fast paced and will involve buying and negotiating with a wide range of suppliers so the day will go very quickly.
This position would suit someone available at short notice, who has ideally worked for a SME business in manufacturing/engineering/construction.
The role:
- Purchasing and procurement working under the purchasing manager
- Negotiating pricing and terms and conditions with a wide range of suppliers
- Creating, amending and processing of purchase orders

The person:
- Experience of a buying/purchasing role within a technical sector (manufacturing/engineering/construction)
- Experience of using MRP Systems (ideally SAP)
- Working experience of price negotiation with suppliers
