Commercial Assistant

Permanent, Full Time

**Salary**: _up to_ £28000

Location: Northolt

We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our commercial team on the Future Defence Infrastructure Services Contract across the South East of England.
- Previous commercial management experience
- Understanding of NEC contract would be beneficial
- Experience using Maximo would be beneficial
- Excellent IT skills - MS Office + Excel (Intermediate: VLOOKUP’s and Pivots)

You would be responsible for;
- Supporting day to day commercial administration
- Tracking payments with cumulative payment spreadsheet
- Ensuring timely assessments and payments from/to subcontractors
- Challenging subcontractors / Identify any unnecessary costs and inefficient activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
