Due to on-going growth, opportunities exist for an experienced processor to join our busy team at **Windows Plus roofs Ltd**. If you have **experience of processing windows and doors**, ideally using **Window Designer** and you're looking for a new challenge, then we'd like to hear from you.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Processing frames/orders for our customers, including windows, doors and conservatory roofs
- Speaking to customers to schedule their installation
- Offering advice and technical support following training
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, and liaising with internal teams as required
- Scheduling service visits
- **Using Window Designer and other industry relevant software**:

- Based at our site in Team Valley

**You will have**:

- Ideally worked within data processing or data entry and enjoy working with standard processes
- Have some phone based customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

**Working hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday 8am - 4pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
