Animal Technician

**Job Overview**

To care for dogs and cats on a daily basis including handling, feeding and recording of data associated with their care in accordance with the quality standards set by the company.

**Main Activities/Tasks**
- To assist with the handling of small animals (dogs and cats).
- Feeding and general monitoring of animals.
- Recording of data relevant to the above activities.
- To carry out any other duties as deemed necessary by management.

**Essential Criteria**:

- At least 1 years’ experience working with animals.
- Good written English (Secondary/High school level).
- Experience recording data and working with paperwork.
- Ability to work weekends on a rota basis.

**Duration**:12 month Fixed Term Contract

**Location**: Newry, Co. Down
