Bookkeeper

My client is a leading manufacturer of luxury bespoke glazing products throughout the UK and Europe. They are based in Colindale and are offering an accounting role. Ted in the commercial department.

**You will need**:
A solid understanding of basic book keeping principles

Good numeracy, data entry and proficient in English both verbal and written.

Ability to pay attention to detail and be trustworth in handling confidential information.

**Duties include**:
Day to day data entry of payments received

Track payments due and received and maintain customer records

Entering payments onto their CRM. The company uses JE Edwards, training can be provided. Experience on other accountanting packages would be beneficial.

Entering payments onto the system and crediting to the correct account or invoice

Resolving late or non payment issues

General business administrative duties

Expeirience in a similar role
