Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler with an excellent level of knowledge and experience across Commercial Property and Property Owners insurance? If so, a new opportunity has come to market for you to work for a highly reputable independent brokerage as part of the specialist team in Manchester City Centre.

Joining the business as a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining an insurance portfolio managing the renewal process and handling mid-term adjustments, whilst providing a high quality, professional and efficient service at all times.

The Account Handler position will be working as part of a busy, successful and growing division of the business and although the primary focus will be on insurance and Account Handling, the role will be very multi-faceted with so much more involved than just broking - a really interesting and exciting opportunity

**Requirements**:

- You will need to have a strong background and experience as Account Handler working in a commercial broking environment, with a particular focus on and good technical knowledge of Property insurance.
- Will be an excellent communicator and effective negotiator, in order to secure the best deals for clients.
- Able to develop and maintain solid working relationships with clients and insurers.
- Possess outstanding sector and industry knowledge.
- Be adaptable, hard working and able to hit the ground running.
- Experience of using Acturis would be advantageous, albeit not essential.

Salary and Benefits:

- £35,000-£45,000, dependent on skills and experience.
