As we grow and expand as a business, we will look to develop this role with the possibility of further progression.

Construction industry experience desirable.

Driving licence is required due to rural location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the phone, take messages and transfer calls.
- Correlate information for the weekly project report
- Paperwork and filing
- Compliance
- Insurances
- Complete daily task list
- Vehicle management including audits
- Inventory of stock
- Prepare information for payroll and monthly VAT returns
- Social Media
- Schedule appointments.
- Distribute correspondence to on site workers and office staff
- Order office supplies.
- Attend administrative meetings.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
