**About Our Client**:
Automotive Dealer Network
- Action and respond to the Academy mailbox enquiries within the agreed parameters. Work to agreed time thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s). Contribute to LMS policies, processes and procedures.
- Maintain and monitor the existing Academy website content and functionality as well as assist in uploading and testing new eLearning modules and any downloadable material, supporting the ongoing development of the Academy user experience. Support the Academy website by troubleshooting reported problems, diagnose hardware/software issues, trend analysis and problem management.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Good communication skills
- Confident and courteous telephone manner
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, self-reliant and self-confident
- Be well organised and have the ability to prioritise
