As the Early Careers Business Partner, you are passionate about developing and driving forward our Early Careers programmes at Scania in the UK. You are motivated by supporting and encouraging our early talent to reach their full potential. You have the desire to create an inclusive workforce, with proven recruitment experience.
You will act as a true business partner to our Managers, taking responsibility for the end-to-end Early Careers strategy, working closely with the wider People & Culture team, providing valuable market insights and trends to support our future workforce activities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create our Early Careers strategy, aligned to our overall business objectives
- Design hiring processes and implement recruitment strategies for our early careers pathways
- Develop relationships with external bodies, including schools and universities, to support the delivery of Early Careers
- Work proactively with our Managers to understand business and talent needs
- Coach and support People Managers to effectively lead our Early Careers talent

**MEET THE MANAGER**
Tracey is the Head of People Services and Resourcing, and she is looking for someone who has excellent relationship management skills and a positive and empathetic style. You will be proactive, flexible, and pragmatic with the ability to react effectively when encountering fluid situations. You will ideally have experience within the Early Careers sector.
