Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules using project management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns
- Support the project team in executing tasks and deliverables according to project timelines
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members as needed
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in using content management systems for website updates and maintenance
- Experience with project management tools such as Visio, Smartsheet, and Basecamp
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for tracking customer interactions and managing sales processes
- Knowledge of product management principles and practices
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable project plans
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms is a plus
Pay: £23,900.00-£27,000.00 per year
