We have an excellent opportunity for a Billing Assistant to join our Billing team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

If you are an experienced Billing Assistant and can demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail, then we’d love to hear from you.
**Key responsibilities**
- Accurately creating invoices in multi-currency across different entities incorporating specific client requirements.
- Setting up new clients and matters.
- Internal & external query resolution.
- To ensure timely production of invoices and successfully uploading to their respective portals as applicable.
- To resolve any portal queries immediately and highlight any issues as necessary.
- Highlight or recommend process improvements or efficiencies.
- To undertake any admin duties to accelerate the billing process.
- To deliver excellent customer service to fee earners any other areas of the business.
- Building professional relationships across the business.
- Any other duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Desirable previous billing experience.
- Good experience of Microsoft packages including excel.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
- Strong administrative and organisations skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Process driven, organised person who excels at meeting deadlines.
