**What is the role?**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Groundworks team. The role typically reports to the Contracts Manager.

The purpose of the role is to prepare the ground before, during and after the construction project, in accordance with NHBC and company standards.

**The role will include**:

- Manage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality ground preparations in a timely manner and in accordance with set NHBC standards.
- Infrastructure and groundworks experience
- External drainage and roadworks, foundations and oversites
- Ability to read drawings
- Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout team

**What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?**
- Familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Groundworks projects experience
- The ability to multitask with supervisory skills
- Valid Managers CSCS and SMSTS certification
- BTEC or NVQ4 in Site Management and First Aid Certificate
- Full clean driving licence
