- **About the role**_

I work on behalf of a brilliant special school based on the outskirts of Bristol that are looking for a couple of LSA's to join the team ideally for an immediate start. The role would be based at either the primary or secondary site (as both sites have available gaps). The needs of the students are incredibly varied but are fairly complex needs.

The role of LSA will be a mixture of general classroom support and 1-1 support.

Because of the needs of the students it is imperative that you have experience working with special needs & disabilities in some capacity, whether that's in a school or a care setting. They are a fantastic place to work, mainly down to the rewarding nature of the work but also the team there are such a nice bunch - they're incredibly welcoming of new staff
