**Responsibilities**:

- Build and wire AV racks according to design specifications and wiring diagrams
- Test and troubleshoot AV racks to ensure they meet performance standards
- Collaborate with project managers and technicians to coordinate rack builds with installation schedules
- Document rack builds and provide as-built drawings to project managers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Travel may be required to client sites

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience building AV racks for commercial installations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
- Strong understanding of audiovisual systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CTS certification is a plus
