My client a 5 star builder is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their successful team
**New Homes Sales Consultant - West Midlands**
**Excellent basic and great earning potential with commission and quarterly bonuses**
**Mileage paid**
**Working Thursday - Monday (days off Tuesday & Wednesday)**
**10:00am - 5:00pm**
**Role**:
To seek out prospective sales and follow up all enquiries
Maximise every opportunity to fulfil the business and your personal targets
Knowledge of your site, schemes available, and build progress
Deal with all customers in a polite, friendly and efficient manner ensuring you exceed customer expectations
Ensure that customers are kept fully and regularly informed of the progress of their purchase.
Ensure all customer information is recorded in line with GDPR on the relevant IT system
**Responsibilities**:
Experience working in a customer facing role delivering under pressure.
A friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
Excellent IT skills
Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations and remain calm under pressure
Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process from reservation through to legal completion
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Flexibility with duties, hours and travel
Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
