The job of a property sourcer is to help a hands free client to find a new investment property. The property could be used as an extra income stream, towards a future pension or to leave as a legacy for their children, you will be the person that makes this happen.

The right person will be passionate and enthusiastic about client wins and successes. They will be embarrassingly organised and love a completed to-do list. They can read minds and often have done something before anyone’s noticed it was needed. They love talking to people and are ninja listeners. They have a muck-in, can-do, get-it-done mentality. They’re fun to be around and making great tea is a bonus

Duties will include:

- Identifying properties that suit your clients requirements (by budget and rental amount usually)
- Arranging and visiting properties
- Estimating refurbishment costs and compliance requirements
- Representing our client in the negotiation of the purchase
- Preparing sold and let comparable's to show our client the value in the purchase
- Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and estate agents
- Keeping up to date with market data around sold prices, interest rates, etc

This is a self employed role with uncapped earnings potential. Current self employed agents earn in the region of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum with scope to increase this further.

Full training and guidance will be provided and there will be opportunities to visit Property Networking Events nationally where our Managing Director is a guest speaker should you wish.

This role is by far the best sales role you will find in the property industry and you will be working alongside the brightest and smartest minds in the business right now

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
