The Best Connection Group LTD are hiring for a universal grinder for our client, a highly successful manufacturer in Nechells area of Birmingham. This is an immediate start and ongoing position to support their already established workforce. This is a great opportunity for immediate long term work.

**Duties of a Universal Grinder include**:

- Grinding of various metals
- Surface grinding
- Precision grinding
- Internal & external grinding
- Cylindrical & Spherical grinding
- Operating various grinding machines
- Operation of Jones & Shipmans grinding machines
- Operation of Myford Cylindrical grinding machines
- Operation of CNC Unison flexible grinding systems
- Operation of Churchill universal grinder

**Pay rate**:
£14-15 per hour dependant on experience

**Shift pattern**:

- Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 3.30pm
- Friday 6.30am - 12.30pm
- Potential for flexible working hours

** Successful applicants will be asked for a meet and greet before starting**

- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
