**About us**; Neve Fleetwood is a passionate fish and seafood supplier who have been delivering local, quality fish and seafood since 1984. We have grown into a very reputable supplier delivering to chefs in the North West of England and in surrounding regions.

Ethical Sourcing, animal welfare, sustainability, provenance and traceability are all paramount to everything we stand for. We work closely with NGOs such as MSC maintain the highest standards within our industry. Not only that we BRC accredited and are managed by passionate people with many years of experience in the seafood industry.

Neve Fleetwood also forms part of Direct Seafood’s within the Bidfresh Group, a principal British supplier of fresh meat, fish and produce to the catering industry; a national supplier with strong local heritage. The spectrum of our client base reaches from care homes to Michelin star restaurants, and our vision to be every chef’s first choice for fresh ingredients.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

**About the role**:

- Telesales; cross selling and upselling, getting the most from your customer accounts
- Growing and developing the sales of existing accounts
- Using sales data to analyse customer spend and trends
- Managing customer prices and margins
- Dealing with customer enquiries and delivering great customer service at all times
- Customer retention; developing and building customer relationships
- Ensuring sales targets are met

**Skills required**:

- Previous telesales experience is a must (preferably within foodservice, but not essential).
- Commitment to learning the industry.
- Proven ability to work in a targeted sales environment.
- Highly organised with effective time management skills.
- Proficient in Word/Outlook/Excel.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal. Much of your work will be telephone based.
- Driven and motivated by targets.
- Team player.
- Flexible approach.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to work well independently, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

**Hours of work**:
40 hours per Week (Mon-Fri) Occasional Saturday on a Rota basis
