As we complete the refurbishment of our incredible Script Restaurant, with its beautiful views, contemporary feel, state of the art kitchen and delicious menu, we now need two dynamic Commis Chefs to support our talented Food & Beverage Team and make this Script Restaurant a must dining experience in the local area. This relies on a passion for food, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to learn in all areas of the kitchen.

You should be in a situation to demonstrate this in the positions you have held and your passion for great food should shine through.

Your responsibilities will include total management of the pot wash area and cleanliness of the kitchen. You should be hard working and pro active in your approach. You should be diligent in your use of chemicals and PPE, although you will receive full training. We require someone who is flexible and dedicated, who can bring an energy to the team and help the chef's with prep and service when things are a bit quieter. You must be clean, tidy and organised. We expect the job to be completed fully and with care and attention.

You will be part of a close knit team where everybody looks after everybody. Staff meals and coffee's/drinks are a 'perk' when on shift. You will be given autonomy to work within these parameters, which includes taking your break. Job progression is most certainly provided to those who are willing.
