This company areleading suppliers of packaging for consumer and promotional products.

**Main Duties**:
+ Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture engineering components

+ Write CNC machining programs

+ Manufacture and inspect engineering components

+ Train and mentor apprentices and less skilled members of staff

+ Develop new machine tools and machining techniques

+ Maintain and improve high area standards using knowledge of 5S, or similar strategies

**Required Skills/Experience**:
+ Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship (City and Guilds/NVQ level 3)

+ CNC/ Manual grinding experience or CNC milling/turning with some grinding experience

+ Experience working within a manufacturing development environment

+ IT literate (MS Word/Excel)

**Salary**:
+ £25-35k, dependent on experience
