**Waking Night Support Worker - Children Residential Home**

Our organisation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Support Worker (Nights) **to join our team at a children's residential home. Reporting to the Home Manager, the Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to the children and young people in our care, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to children and young people in a residential care setting.

**Qualifications**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent _(preferred but not essential)._
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations and needs.
- Understanding of child development, safeguarding, and child protection.

Trust care management have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team of Residential Care Workers located in the Peterborough area. The Home is a brand new 4 Bedded Residential Home, located in a countryside village. The Home caters for vulnerable children and young people aged between 8-17 yrs. with learning difficulties and complex needs.

In our residential homes we strive to create an outstanding and friendly, fun environment, that is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for the young people.

Currently we are selecting team members that are passionate about providing outstanding care, who wish to work within a nurturing and therapeutic setting that promotes the development, of not only the young people but also the team members within the home.
